Who we are

Welcome to GLOW! Our spray tan business is proudly owned and operated by three dedicated and passionate women: Rachel Clem, Michelle Gorman, and Amber Becerra.

Rachel Clem and Michelle Gorman are also owners of Business Outsourcing Services and Solutions (B.O.S.S.), where they help small businesses with bookkeeping, marketing, and HR. Rachel, who handles the bookkeeping, is married with three kids. Michelle manages marketing and HR and is married with two boys.

Amber Becerra, a versatile entrepreneur, also owns Schneider Hall a historical dance hall and wedding venue and The Carriage Step, a charming bed and breakfast. She balances her professional ventures with a loving family life, being married and a mother to one daughter.

All three of us love entrepreneurship, business, and serving others. We have a passion for customer service and have been actively involved in the town of Columbus. Michelle and Amber have both served as Columbus Chamber of Commerce Board presidents and board members for over six years. Rachel has been actively engaged with the Columbus community, serving as the Treasurer of St. John's Episcopal Church, previous member of the Columbus Ministerial Alliance, the Wellness Council, and the Lion's Club Finance Committee. She also served as President of the Columbus Food Pantry.
